Whether you want to improve your strength, burn fat, play better golf, or enhance your general fitness, we can create a personalized fitness and nutrition plan to help you reach your specific fitness goals.

GOLF FITNESS

Physical ability is often disregarded in golf, but it's important for improving your game.

Testing with the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Fitness Screen, used by pros, analyzes physical characteristics important for the golf swing. With TPI results, we can improve your flexibility, strength, and power for increased distance and lower scores.

As a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Level 1 & 2 Expert, I understand how the body moves in the golf swing to design a golf-specific exercise program to reduce injury risk and improve performance.

As a golf fitness client you’ll get access to our custom app for  workouts, mobility and practice drills, and progress tracking.

PERSONAL TRAINING

At The Uptown Trainer, we provide premium one-on-one fitness and nutrition coaching services. We'll assess your current fitness level, create a customized workout plan, and provide ongoing guidance and support.

During training, we'll demonstrate proper form, provide motivation, and make adjustments to ensure progress. Best of all, we come to you!

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, improve your health, or have specific health concerns or injuries, personal training offers an effective approach.

Plus, our customized app delivers workouts, tracks nutrition, coaching habits, and progress for a unique experience.

Contact The Uptown Trainer

The first step to getting lasting results is to reach out and contact us to let us know which type of training you're interested in. We’ll reach out to set up a time for your FREE consultation.

Consultation Call

During the consult call, we'll learn about your fitness goals, medical/exercise history, and physical restrictions to develop a personalized training program. You can also ask any training-related questions or concerns.

step 3
Initial Session

This will be the first session in your customized fitness program. We’ll review and explain the program, then coach you through the planned exercises chosen specifically for your ability and fitness goal.

  • These are weekly recurring in-person personal training subscriptions. There is a minimum commitment of 6 weeks required upon enrollment. You will be billed consecutively for 6 weeks. Any unused sessions will be banked into your account for future use. If you wish to continue beyond the initial 6-week commitment, weekly automatic billing will continue until you choose to cancel. You may cancel anytime after the initial 6-week commitment has been met.

  • I train most of my in-person clients at the gym within their condo or apartment building. For those clients who don’t have a gym onsite or live in a house, there is a gym in my building we can use.

  • The consultation takes about 30-45 minutes. During this time I’ll learn about your fitness goals, prior exercise experience, medical issues and current/past injuries. I then take all of this info and create a customized fitness program.

  • Personal training sessions expire 6-months from the date of purchase.

  • Definitely! Many of my clients are busy professionals with hectic work and personal lives. I sit down with each client and we work on setting up times that work best for you.

  • As long as you’ve been cleared for exercise by your medical provider then yes, we can work together.

  • 100%! I love working with clients who are new to training and ready to live a healthier life.

  • An exercise program specifically designed for golfers to improve their performance and prevent injuries. We focus on enhancing mobility, stability, strength, and power to optimize your body for playing better golf.
