  • I find this works great for people who are self-motivated and just need some direction. Whether it’s someone who has never worked out before, or a regular gym goer who’s tired of doing the same routines, online training is a great option!

  • Workouts are delivered to you weekly in my fitness app. Progress can also be tracked within the app. Additionally, follow up calls are scheduled weekly to check-in and answer any questions. In-app messaging is also available so you have direct access to ask any questions.

  • To see and get the best results it takes about 12-weeks of training. Because of this there’s a 3-month minimum commitment for online training.
