PERSONAL TRAINING
  • I train most of my in-person clients at the gym within their condo or apartment building. For those clients who don’t have a gym onsite or live in a house, there is a gym in my building we can use.

  • Please refer to my session rates and packages listed on the Personal Training page here.

  • Personal training sessions expire 6-months from the date of purchase.

  • The consultation takes about 30-45 minutes. During this time I’ll learn about your fitness goals, prior exercise experience, medical issues and current/past injuries. I then take all of this info and create a customized fitness program.

  • Definitely! Many of my clients are busy professionals with hectic work and personal lives. I sit down with each client and we work on setting up times that work best for you.

  • As long as you’ve been cleared for exercise by your medical provider then yes, we can work together.

  • 100%! I love working with clients who are new to training and ready to live a healthier life.

  • These are weekly recurring in-person personal training subscriptions. There is a minimum commitment of 6 weeks required upon enrollment. You will be billed consecutively for 6 weeks. Any unused sessions will be banked into your account for future use. If you wish to continue beyond the initial 6-week commitment, weekly automatic billing will continue until you choose to cancel. You may cancel anytime after the initial 6-week commitment has been met.

GOLF FITNESS
  • An exercise program specifically designed for golfers to improve their performance and prevent injuries. We focus on enhancing mobility, stability, strength, and power to optimize your body for playing better golf.

ONLINE TRAINING
  • I find this works great for people who are self-motivated and just need some direction. Whether it’s someone who has never worked out before, or a regular gym goer who’s tired of doing the same routines, online training is a great option!

  • There’s a 3-month minimum commitment for online training.

  • Workouts are delivered to you weekly in my fitness app. Progress can also be tracked within the app. Additionally, follow up calls are scheduled weekly to check-in and answer any questions. In-app messaging is also available so you have direct access to ask any questions.

PROGRAMS
  • These are pre-made, non-customized workouts. Each program contains various workouts targeted to a specific goal. Workouts are automatically added to your calendar in our app.

  • Our pre-constructed programs are perfect if you know what you want to achieve or prefer to work out independently. Our programs are delivered through a customized app, allowing you to track your progress and see results, helping you achieve your fitness goals!

  • Our programs are categorized according to exercise experience. From beginner to advanced, we’ve got you covered! Not sure which program is right for you? Let’s chat and I’ll help you to choose the right one. Contact me today!

  • All of our programs are set up as a recurring monthly membership. You’ll have access for as long as you keep your subscription.

  • Absolutely! After you download our app and set up your account you’ll have access to your program 24/7! Workout on your own time wherever and whenever you want!

  • We recommended you have access to a gym to use any of our programs. We use dumbbells, machines and cables in all of our programs. Looking for a bodyweight / minimal equipment workout program? Let me know here!

  • Not a problem! That’s why our programs are all priced the same. Just shoot me a message directly within the training app and I’m happy to do that for you.

  • To cancel your subscription simply email me here. Be sure to include your full name along with your email address so I can locate your account.
