He tailored my program to match my goals, abilities, preferences all while continuing to challenge me and to keep the workouts interesting and fun. Craig is professional, personable and very dependable. He does not only focus on the workouts, but also takes a holistic approach to programming and regularly checked in on my diet, sleep, mental health, etc. He is also very dedicated and made sure I was accountable for showing up even when we moved and out of our building with the nice gym, through Covid, and through pregnancy.
