Hi, I’m Craig Tvedt — owner and head coach at The Uptown Trainer.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in Uptown Dallas with advanced training in strength, yoga, golf fitness, and nutrition coaching. I work primarily with busy professionals who want real results—without wasting time or energy.
I’m a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and a Golf Fitness Instructor certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). Every program I design is custom-built around your goals, lifestyle, and movement needs—whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, elevating your golf performance, or simply feeling better in your body.
During our sessions, I coach with clear instruction, proper form, and a smart balance of intensity and intention—so training stays effective, safe, and enjoyable.
