I’ve helped countless clients achieve their health and fitness goals. With 8 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer I’ve worked with clients ages 16 to 82, helping them lose weight, get in shape for their weddings, get stronger, gain lean muscle, run their first marathon, recover from surgeries and prepare to keep up with their grandkids.

I’ve been certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the premier professional organization for personal trainers dedicated to advancing the strength and conditioning profession since the beginning of my career in 2012. Additionally, I have a Masters of Science degree in both Nutrition and Exercise Science.
In 2014 I joined the luxury fitness club Equinox and worked as a successful Tier 3+ Coach in both New York City and Dallas, Texas. After 5 successful years working as a personal trainer at Equinox I decided to start my own personal training business. I’m committed to providing my clients with the same level of quality and service they’ve come to expect from any luxury gym experience.
